崗位職責(zé)：
1. 參與建筑項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施，完成從概念到施工圖的全過(guò)程設(shè)計(jì)；
2. 制定建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃，確保設(shè)計(jì)符合規(guī)范和項(xiàng)目要求；
3. 與甲方及相關(guān)部門溝通，協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)建筑施工圖的繪制與審查，確保設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)的準(zhǔn)確性；
5. 參與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，提供技術(shù)支持和建議；
6. 確保設(shè)計(jì)成果符合國(guó)家規(guī)范及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
任職資格：
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2. 具備1-3年建筑設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆生可放寬；
3. 熟練掌握Auto CAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、lumion、ID等專業(yè)軟件；
4. 具備良好的溝通能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
5. 熱衷建筑設(shè)計(jì)，具備創(chuàng)新思維與解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的能力。
