Job Description 職位描述：:
● 協(xié)助處理日常物流運作，包括貨物運輸跟蹤、單據(jù)處理和庫存管理。
Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
● 與供應(yīng)商、貨運代理、承運人及項目團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)，確保貨物按時交付。
Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
● 準(zhǔn)備并審核貨運單據(jù)（如商業(yè)發(fā)票、裝箱單）
Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial Invoice, packing List).
● 監(jiān)控貨物運輸狀態(tài)，及時解決交付問題。
Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
● 在物流管理系統(tǒng)中維護(hù)準(zhǔn)確的記錄
Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.
● 協(xié)助處理其他商務(wù)事宜（合同、付款、發(fā)票等）
Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.)

Requirements 崗位要求:
● 具備進(jìn)口物流及跨境運營方面的實際經(jīng)驗。
Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations.
● 熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件套件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● 熟悉菲律賓當(dāng)?shù)仨椖亢贤跋嚓P(guān)合規(guī)規(guī)定
Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance.
● 供應(yīng)鏈、商務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷
College graduated or above in Supply Chain,Business or related field
● 必須精通中英文（書面及口語)
Proficiency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is essential.
● 1-2 年物流 / 供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
1-2 years of logistics/supply chain experience.
● 具備較強的溝通能力和對細(xì)節(jié)的關(guān)注度
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
● 能夠同時處理多項任務(wù)，并在緊迫的截止日期前完成工作。
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
● 英語為必備條件，雙語（中英）流利者優(yōu)先.
English is mandatory,bilingual / Chinese is preferred.
