崗位職責(zé)：

1.distribute work assignments to contractors based on design drawings, supervise and control construction quality, schedule and safety.

根據(jù)圖紙給施工單位下達施工任務(wù)，監(jiān)督和控制施工質(zhì)量、進度和安全

2.review and supervise the construction plan and report from contractor

審核和監(jiān)督施工單位提交的施工方案和報告

3.communicate effectively with the client, general contractor and all disciplinary engineers

與業(yè)主、總包及本單位內(nèi)部各專業(yè)進行有效溝通和協(xié)調(diào)

4.responsible for change order management on site

現(xiàn)場變更工作量的管理

5.review contractor work plans and field construction activities to ensure all work complies with the specification and required quality standards. ensure “industry standard best practices” are being applied in the field.

審閱施工組織方案，確?，F(xiàn)場施工符合技術(shù)要求和相關(guān)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。保證施工管理參照“行業(yè)行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”

6.support the project safety program by assisting the project team to enforce safety requirements

任職要求：

1.bachelor degree or above with csa engineering or relevant engineering disciplines

本科以上土建或相關(guān)工程專業(yè)背景

2.above 6 years work experiences, preferably with experiences in foreign engineering company

六年以上工作經(jīng)驗，有外資工程公司工作經(jīng)驗及大項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

3.experiencing in CSA construction management for industrial projects

有工廠土建施工管理經(jīng)驗

4.good ability to communicate and a good team player

良好的溝通及團隊協(xié)作能力

5.must be able to perform well under pressure

良好的抗壓能力

6.good written English and oral English

良好的英語書寫能力和口語能力

項目地點在東南亞，需要常駐或者定期出差。
